Marking System: Below is the information about Marking system.
  • +5 marks for each correct answer.
  • -1 mark for each incorrect answer.
  • No penalty for unattempted questions.
  • +5 marks awarded to all candidates for any dropped questions or questions found to be incorrect.
CUET Exam 2025 Important Points
Candidates should also go through the following points regarding CUET 2025 exam pattern:
  • 50 questions are to be attempted in all subjects, including languages. The duration of the test will be of 60 minutes.
  • The domain-specific subject/paper on ‘Entrepreneurship’, ‘Teaching Aptitude’, ‘Fashion Studies’, ‘Tourism’, ‘Legal Studies’ and ‘Engineering Graphics’ will be discontinued. For these programs, admissions are to be made based on performance in the General Aptitude Test.
  • Compensatory time for PwBD Candidates of 20 minutes for each hour examination will be given.
  • The CUET exam will be conducted on multiple days in three shifts, depending on the number of candidates and subject choices.
  • Candidates applying for CUET (UG) will be able to choose a maximum of 5 subjects out of 37 subjects and languages, alongside the General Aptitude Test.
  • candidates should select at least one language.
