CUET, short for Central University Entrance Test, is a highly competitive entrance exam that students need to clear for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses provided by central universities across India. The CUET exam assesses candidates' knowledge and skills in various areas through a range of domain-specific subjects.

CUET Physics Exam Syllabus:
The syllabus covers topics such as Electrostatics, Magnetic Effect of Current and Magnetism, Current Electricity, Electromagnetic Induction and Alternating Current, Optics, Electromagnetic Waves, Atoms and Nuclei, Electronic Devices, Dual Nature of Matter and Radiation, and Communication Systems.

CUET Business Studies Syllabus:

CUET Accountancy Syllabus:

CUET Exam Pattern

CUET Syllabus includes three sections in the CUET Exam Pattern 2024: Languages, Domain, and General Test. Further, there are two subsections of the first section, Languages, where candidates can choose from 13 languages for the first subsection and 20 languages for the second. The domain subject part allows students to pick from 27 different domain subjects. The last part of the general test contains everything from General Awareness to Current Affairs, mental ability, numerical ability, etc. As this examination has negative marking, candidates must be careful while attempting the CUET exam. There will be +5 marks of award for every right answer, and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. The CUET authorities will not review and access questions the candidates do not attempt. Unanswered questions would not have any impact on the final merit score.
Admissions to the Central universities all over India are based on the CUET EXAM score. Therefore, a candidate has to put in a lot of effort to crack the examination with a merit score.     1. Is CUET based on 12th syllabus?
    Candidates who want to appear for the CUET (UG) 2024 exam should start preparing from the Class 12th NCERT syllabus.
    2. Can I choose 3 subjects in CUET?
    Candidates can select a maximum of two subjects that have to be on a similar line to the language-specific subjects for sections 1A and 1B. Students are expected to answer 40 out of 50 questions in each domain-specific section within the allotted 45 minutes.
    3. Can you crack CUET without coaching?
    Yes. If you want to do well on the real exam, solving mock tests will help you learn managing your time more efficiently. However, it is always recommended to take expert help to make your chances to pass the exam more clear.
    4. What is CUET syllabus based on?
    The CUET syllabus for the domain-specific subjects will be the same as the NCERT syllabus for Class XII (Whole). Your NCERT books will be the best source of preparation for the domain-specific paper. One can choose from the following subjects for the domain-specific paper.

    Usually, the difficulty level of the Central Universities Entrance Test is easy-moderate.

    Students must attempt at least 40 of the 50 questions on each domain-specific subject test to qualify. Each domain-subject exam is limited to 45 minutes. Only questions from Class 12 will be used in the various exam sections. Students who have studied the CUET (UG)–2022 Class XII Board syllabus should do well.
